- Go to the tools sections on your WordPress dashboard
- Click the Export button on the tools menu
- You can export all including posts, pages, and feedback, or select specific posts, pages, and feedback.
- After selecting the desired options, click on the Export Option
- Now your files have been exported, you’ll receive an email at your registered email address with the link to download the exported files.
- Now go to the settings tab on Blogger
- Click import Content
- Fill out the captcha, and click the import button
- Now choose the exported XML file (extracted from zip file)
- give it some time and your posts will be imported to Blogger.
*Note: Your exported files will be available for the next 7 days, so you’ll have to download them within 7 days.
Steps to transfer posts from WordPress to Blogger
1. Go to the tools sections on your WordPress dashboard
2. Click the Export button on the tools menu

4. After selecting the desired options, click on the Export Option
5. Now go to the settings tab on Blogger
6. Now Click import Content in the settings menu of Blogger
7. Fill out the captcha, and click the import button
8. Now choose the exported XML file (extracted from zip file)
9. Give it some time and your posts will be imported to Blogger.
After the importing process completes, check all the imported posts and pages as sometimes posts and pages exported from WordPress may look different in Blogger. Some images or texts may be in the wrong places, or some posts might be empty as well.
So check for any errors before publishing them.
